This song was inspired by the wild thrill of jumping through a hole in the lake-ice to do a cold plunge after a sauna. WHAT A FEELING! I love it so much. After the shock of icy coldness, I often have a feeling of such safety, wholeness and peace in the cold, cold water.

 

This is a three-part song that is more rhythmically challenging.
